About Khea

"In Real Estate, every person’s definition of ‘LUXURY’ is different. Webster’s dictionary defines it is as “something adding to pleasure or comfort but not absolutely necessary”.

Growing up in rural Wisconsin to very humble beginnings, Khea Longan has gained a certain knowledge and appreciation of what luxury and home mean. A born negotiator; honest, hardworking, driven and spunky, Khea strives to be the best advocate for her clients. With over 26 years of customer service and sales experience she understands the value of constant and clear communication.

Specializing in new construction as well as her passion for our resale real estate market gives her a unique edge and ability to stay current and navigate the growth the Tri-Cities continues to experience.

Family is incredibly important to Khea. She and her partner Christopher have 3 active boys and a house full of critters including a 3lbs Yorkie named Beans who runs the roost. They love spending time traveling, enjoying the wonderful local wineries our area has to offer as well as working on home improvement projects together.

Real Estate is a powerful thing. Where you live becomes the center of your universe, your home base and a place where memories are made.

Whatever the next chapter of your life brings, call Khea Longan for all your Real Estate needs."

More About Us

Hi, I’m Joanna — and for me, real estate is about more than just closing deals. It’s about guiding people through life-changing moments with trust, empathy, and confidence. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading to your next, or preparing to sell a place full of memories, I’m here to help you navigate the process with clarity and care.

My journey into real estate started in 2020, inspired by my brother, a Realtor and Ninja Selling coach. I began as a licensed showing assistant, learning from the ground up — not just how to navigate transactions, but how to build relationships that last. I’m also a Certified Negotiation Expert, which means I bring strategy and advocacy to the table when it matters most.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, I have a diverse background that influences everything I do. I’ve managed a 72-unit apartment complex, trained as an EMT, earned a bachelor’s in psychology, and worked alongside my father on construction sites. I also assisted my brother with interior design projects — a skill I now use to help sellers stage their homes for maximum impact, and help buyers envision a space’s potential.

I’m fluent in Spanish, which allows me to better serve clients across cultures and make sure everyone I work with feels heard, understood, and fully supported throughout the process.

I take pride in being emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and highly communicative — traits that matter whether you’re buying or selling. Sellers can count on me for thoughtful preparation, skilled marketing, and expert negotiation. Buyers can expect honesty, insight, and a calm, grounded presence through every step of the journey.

Now based in Tri-Cities, I’m proud to be building roots in a community I love. I volunteer with the Benton-Franklin Humane Society, and I’m passionate about giving back — especially to causes related to housing equity, neurodiversity, and inclusion. One of my goals is to create a fund to support local families with part of every commission I earn.

If you're looking for a Realtor who leads with heart, delivers with strategy, and shows up for you like a true partner — let’s talk. I’d love to learn more about your goals and help you take the next step, whether you’re buying, selling, or just starting to explore what’s possible.
